The boys are aiming for “gold” in their upcoming qualification tournament against Fiji, PNG, Cook Islands, Solomon Island, Australia, New Zealand and Tonga.
“Never look down on yourself even if you’re dropped out or finished school, do not think that it is the end of your career, there is also Sports which can take you to different places where you have never been to,” said Nono Chilia.
More experienced player James Chilia is very confident in their trainings and also in winning gold in their upcoming tournament, saying that they are well prepared and ready for the game. James competed in the 2017 U21 World Championship in China and the Oceania Commonwealth Games qualifier.
